MORRISTOWN -- There will be a free community contra dance offer by the Morristown Public Library on Tuesday, Oct. 8 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at St. John’s Parish Center, 500 Morris St. Info: 315-375-8833. Contra Dances are easy to learn and do not require you bring a partner with you. Each dance is taught with a walk through at the start. Moves are easy to do. Live music is provided by fiddler Kathy Sommer of Redwood, and the dance caller is Beth Robinson of Potsdam.
