FINE – A Town of Clifton man was charged following a menacing complaint on Feb. 14 in the Town of Fine.
St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies charged Bryan P. LaPlante, 31, with third-degree criminal mischief and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child on State Street in Fine.
Laplante was arraigned in Russell Town Court and released on his own recognizance. An order of protection was issued for the victims.
