MASSENA – On March 12, Alice Dumas and Richard Reno were crowned by Jodi Fox and Anne Marie Young as Queen and King in celebration of the Seaway Valley Senior Citizens Club’s 52 years in existence.
Mardi Gras was the theme for the day and music was provided by Ted Riko and Harvey. Over the years Seaway Valley members have enjoyed many activities including trips to various places, summer picnics, monthly luncheon meetings and interesting speakers.
Meetings are held alternatively in Louisville, Madrid and Waddington on the second Tuesday of the month at noon and locations are publicized.
Residents from any location are invited to attend. For more information contact President Anna Campbell at 315-265-2047 or at azoomzoom@yahoo.com.
The club also has a Facebook page (Seaway Valley Seniors Club of Louisville, Madrid, and Waddington).
