CANTON – Nurse Practitioners Matthew McLain and Alexandra Pesold have opened Thousand Islands NPs-Canton, a new wellness practice located in the heart of downtown Canton. This innovative practice aims to provide a holistic approach to health and wellness for the community.

The grand opening of Thousand Islands NPs-Canton is scheduled for the weekend of Sept. 14 and 15. Community members are invited to meet the nurse practitioners and learn more about the full range of services offered at this new wellness destination at 81 Main St., Canton.
Both McLain and Pesold are employed full-time by St. Lawrence Health System, McLain as an ICU Nurse Practitioner at Canton Potsdam Hospital in Potsdam and Pesold as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Kids Korner Pediatric Center in Massena.
