Yoga Class - Wednesday @ Northern Physical Therapy

OGDENSBURG -- Maple City Yoga (MCY) is offering Hatha Yoga classes at Northern Physical Therapy in Ogdensburg from 6:00 - 7:00 PM. Classes are every 1st, 3rd and 5th Wednesday of the month. Bring your own props, or use props that are provided by MCY. This is an accessible yoga class, which means alternative poses are provided to make this yoga class accessible to most people.
