REGIS FALLS – The St. Regis Falls Town History Museum, 15 Water St., invites the public to its Fall Festival on Sept. 29, 1-3 p.m. Acoustic music, 1:30-2:30 p.m. by local group LP Acoustic (Elizabeth Hathaway Kline and Peter Sprague). Locomotive rides available. Belly Buttons the Clown will make balloon animals and objects. Cupcakes by Executive Chef Jessica Anderson. Free drinks. The Museum will be open with displays about lumbering, the railroads, mills, factories, dams, and photo albums of the people and places of the town.
