CANTON -- Join Kathy Stein from the local chapter of the League of Women Voters for a brown bag presentation on the history of voters’ rights in New York State on Sept. 26 from 12-1 p.m. at the SLCCHC, 3 E. Kathy Stein will provide background on other historic ballot measures and the importance of local voting rights amendments. After the presentation, time will be set aside for discussion and Q&A.

Kathleen Stein is President of the LWV of St. Lawrence County. She is also the Convener of the LWV NYS Rural Caucus and a member of the State Local Leagues Support Committee.
