HOPKINTON -- Two Winthrop residents have been arrested on burglary charges.
State Police say Barbara A. Brossoit, 32, and Matthew D. Bray, 50, were arrested on Sept. 16 following a suspicious person complaint on Sheldon Road in the town of Hopkinton.
Police say an investigation determined the two entered a residence through a window without permission.
Both were transported to SP Massena for processing and arraigned in the town of Norfolk Court.
Brossoit and Bray were remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $15,000 cash, $30,000 bond, and $60,000 partially secured bond.
