OGDENSBURG — The community is invited to a Q&A session regarding Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center’s transition to a critical access facility on Wednesday, Sept. 18, at the Elks Lodge, 322 Caroline St., from 5:30-7:30 p.m. During this event, Rich Duvall, President and CEO of North Star Health Alliance which includes Carthage Area Hospital (CAH) and Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center, will provide important updates and answer questions regarding the center’s upcoming transition to a critical access and stand-alone mental health hospital. The event is open to the public, and refreshments will be served.
