CANTON — A Gouverneur man was charged with rape Monday stemming from a May 11 complaint, according to state police.
Richard A. Duprey, 19, was charged with second-degree rape, felony, officers said.
He was also charged with third-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, police said.
He was ordered held on cash bail, officers said.
